“My Grandma has Vascular Dementia and just recently moved into Integrated Care Communities (ICC) for a 30 day stay – while her house was being remodeled.

Before she moved into Integrated Care she was living at home with 24 hour caregivers (court appointed). She was in bed 24/7 and was unable to talk or make her needs known. But… since we moved her into ICC she has improved tremendously. She is now talking to her caregivers and even trying to feed herself – something she has not done since last May!!!!

I have been a hospice nurse for 10 years and I have never come across a place quite like this!!! Being a nurse who visits different skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and other senior living places – I have seen the best of the best and the worst of the worst! ICC is by far one of the best I have ever been to! I wish we would have found them a long time ago!!
