ICC Respite Care is here to provide caregivers a much needed rest from the mental and physical strain of caring for their loved ones. Emely Rodriguez, LVN is our ALF Administrator. Integrated Care can accommodate respite guests for a few days to a few weeks – giving you the opportunity to take a well deserved break – with the confidence your loved one is receiving the best possible care.

ICC Respite Care includes full service room, board and care based upon physician orders and identified aids to daily living.

Hospice Care

Integrated Care Communities provides the ideal venue for Hospice Care.
